Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Gods & Magic mobile game (Android package com.nksolutions.godsandmagic) and this website, both operated by NK Games Studio ("we"). The short version: the game stores the data it needs to run your hero and nothing else – no ads, no tracking, no selling of data.

Data we collect

• Account data. By default you play as a guest: the app generates a random device identifier used to find your hero again. If you choose to create an account, we also store your email address and a hash of your password (Argon2id – we never store or see the password itself).
• Game data. Your hero name, level, stats, talents, items, town, runs, god favor and other progression, so your save works across sessions and devices.
• Purchase records. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play – we never receive your payment details. To deliver and support a purchase we store the product bought, the Google Play purchase token and order id, the price, and the in-game gems granted.
• Technical logs. Server request logs including IP addresses, used only for security, rate limiting and debugging, and retained briefly.

What we do not collect

• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No access to your contacts, location, photos, microphone or files.

Leaderboards

Public leaderboards show your hero name and score to other players. Hero names are chosen by you and act as a pseudonym – pick one that does not reveal who you are if that matters to you.

Where your data lives

Game servers and the database run on Microsoft Azure in the European Union (North Europe region). All traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the services that make the game work:

• Microsoft Azure – hosting and database infrastructure.
• Google Play – payment processing and purchase verification.

Retention and deletion

Account and game data are kept for as long as the account exists. To delete your account and save, email godsandmagic@nikolay.it from the address linked to the account (or include your hero name for guest accounts). Purchase records may be retained where bookkeeping or tax law requires it.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with an updated effective date.
