Write to us at gm@godsandmagic.com with questions, problems, purchases, ideas or a report about another player. Every message is read. Tell us your hero name, so we can find your account.
In the game, More → Feedback → Write to us opens an email to us.
Your hero and account
- Keep your hero on a new phone. A new hero starts as a guest on the device it was made on. To keep it when you change or reset your phone, link an email address under More → Account → Create Account, then use Sign In with the same email on the new device. A guest hero without a linked email stays on its device.
- Rename your hero under More → Account → Rename Hero, free of charge. Names use letters, numbers and dots, up to 16 characters. Names that break the rules are shown to other players as *censored*.
- Delete your account under More → Account → Delete Account. It deletes the hero and all progress at once, guest accounts included, and cannot be undone. You can also ask us by email; the privacy policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.
Purchases
- Payments go through the store you installed the game from, Google Play or Apple's App Store, and we never see your payment details. What you buy belongs to your hero's account.
- A purchase did not arrive? Open More → Store → Restore Purchases: the game asks the store again and delivers anything still owed. A payment the store is still waiting for arrives on its own once it clears.
- Refunds are handled by the store: Google Play, or reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store. For anything else about a purchase, write to us with its order number.
Playing
- Language and music: tap the gear on the Battle screen to open Settings. The game restarts to apply a new language.

Report a player
Every hero name is checked, and names that break the rules are hidden from other players. To report a name or anything else about another player, write to us with their hero name and where you saw it, such as a leaderboard or a season battle.
